McLean County Orthopedics COVID-19 Reminders
The physicians and staff of McLean County Orthopedics care about your well-being, especially as we all navigate these changing times that have resulted from the coronavirus (COVID-19) outbreak. We would like to remind everyone to please:
This is the single, most effective way to help limit the spread of the coronavirus. Wet your hands and apply soap, lather and scrub for at least 20 seconds, and rinse well under clean, running water.
2. Avoid Touching Your Face
It's important to avoid touching the areas around your eyes, nose, and mouth.
3. Cover Your Cough or Sneeze with Tissue
Afterward, throw the tissue in the trash and wash your hands. If you don't have a tissue, cough or sneeze into your elbow rather than your hands.
4. Clean and Disinfect all frequently touched objects and surfaces. Disinfect or discard packaging materials and food containers whenever possible.
5. Practice Social Distancing
We all understand that the longer shelter in place goes on, the more difficult it becomes to resist social gatherings, especially as the weather gets nicer. Find innovative ways to stay in touch with friends and loved ones, and if you do need to be at work or in a public place, remember to try and stay a minimum of three to six feet apart from others.
Stay safe and healthy! McLean County Orthopedics cares about you.
